Iraq Ministry of Oil announce record exports in April

The Iraqi ministry of oil announced for its oil exports for the previous April 2015 which was (92.3) million barrels and their achieved outcome which is about (4.791) billion dollars

   The Iraqi ministry of oil announced for its oil exports for the previous April 2015 which was (92.3) million barrels and their achieved outcome which is about (4.791) billion dollars according to the statistics of SOMO company which is the highest in comparison to March.

   Mr. Assim Jihad the spokesman of the oil ministry said that the exported oil quantities for the previous April was, (78.8) million barrels and (4.041) billion dollars of outcome for Basra, and (13.5) million barrels and (750) million dollars of outcome through Ceyhan port, while the oil price was (51.909) dollars for the single barrel.

   Mr. Jihad said also that the above quantities were shipped by 32 different identities international companies to the ports of Basra and Khor Al-Amia and SPM from the Arab gulf as well as to the Turkish Ceyhan port on the Mediterranean. He said also that the bad weather in the southern ports affected negatively on the exports and the ministry is working on to increase the exports to compensate for the shortage.
