Iraqi Ministry of Oil announce April’s export figures the highest for 30 years

The Iraqi ministry of oil announced for its oil exports for the previous April 2015 which was (92.8) million barrels

The Iraqi ministry of oil announced for its oil exports for the previous April 2015 which was (92.8) million barrels and their achieved outcome which is about (4.8) billion dollars with a daily average of (3,077) million barrels, according to the statistics of SOMO company which is the highest which is the highest since the eighties of the last century.

Mr. Assim Jihad the spokesman of the oil ministry said that the exported oil quantities for the previous March was, (78.8) million barrels for Basra, and (13.5) million barrels for Karkuk, and the oil price was (51.7) dollars for the single barrel.

   Mr. Jihad said also that the above quantities were shipped by different identities international companies to the ports of Basra and Khor Al-Amia and SPM from the Arab gulf as well as to the Turkish Ceyhan port on the Mediterranean. He said also that the bad weather in the southern ports affected negatively on the exports and the ministry is working on to increase the exports to compensate for the shortage.
