3 billion dollars of oil flow to Turkey from Iraq in 2015 so far

Taner Yildiz the Energy Minister for Turkey announced that deliveries of oil from Iraq through Turkey since the beginning of last year amounted to 47 million barrels worth about three billion dollars.

Taner Yildiz the Energy Minister for Turkey announced that deliveries of oil from Iraq through Turkey since the beginning of last year amounted to 47 million barrels worth about three billion dollars.

Yildiz told reporters during a press conference that 57 oil tankers were loaded so far by transferred oil to Turkey from Iraq.

Most of the oil comes from Kurdistan Region fields, but Baghdad used the same facilities in recent months to ship crude to the Turkish port of Ceyhan on the Mediterranean.
